After one period it is 1-0 for the stinkin' Leafs. Kessel has scored the goal.

5-0. Toronto has been beating Boston's head in from the opening faceoff.

5-0 Leafs over Bruins, and they're not even halfway through the second period. Not sure what's going on with the Bruins this year, but obviously they're not the powerhouse they used to be.

Totally OT but, I happened to glance at the standings and couldn't believe it that Buffalo's goal differential is already -39 in 17 games. Jesus Christ on toast! They can't actually be that bad can they?

WTF Boston?!?! I just opened up Yahoo to check on my pool, and I see not only is TO Up 5-0 but Kadri has nothing. No points, hits blocks.. nothing. Gah

Simon Gagne just scored for Boston. There's a blast from the past.
Cue the comeback!

That was a horrible way to start the second period getting scored on 18 seconds into the period (Kessel scored, his second of the night). Three goals in three minutes. Hopefully we shall witness another monumental collapse by the Leafs, just like they did in the 2013 playoffs. The rookie goalie in goal now for the Bruins, Niklas Svedberg, is from Sweden.

Spoiler tags would have been a great place to put it.

Watching Anaheim and L.A. beat the tar out of each other is making me very nervous for when the Flames play these teams.
