I can't imagine that Hejduk won't still end up in Colorado and Selanne won't end up in Anaheim, assuming each player still wants to play.

We want none of them. If anything, we need to move some players via trade before we sign anyone.

I'd like Brunner but the rest are pretty weak. I imagine a few of the guys listed will retire.

Grabovski I'd be interested in short term for a decent cap-hit. 2 years @ 3 million/year. But he'll likely get more than that elsewhere.

I hope Teemu comes back for one more season. It would be storybook if he did it with the jets, but what are the odds of that happening?

Mueller first as his contract would be best.

Grabovski and Brunner if they wanted to spend some money and a little bit of term. Which I am sure they want more than a higher dollar value.

Grabovski would be interesting on a short-term (1-2yrs) "redemption" contract. Obviously coming into this year with a huge chip on his shoulder, and he'd get lots of playing time with us. Unfortunately I think he'll get offered more than we can (should) give him somewhere else.

He's not on the list but I could see Calgary showing interest in Ryan Jones.

How about some RFA centers that could be acquired via trade like some think he might do.

Gagner, Sam » C EDM 23 $3,200,000 2013 (RFA)
Little, Bryan » C WPG 25 $2,383,333 2013 (RFA)
Kadri, Nazem » C TOR 22 $1,720,000 2013 (RFA)
Hodgson, Cody » C BUF 23 $1,666,666 2013 (RFA)
Burmistrov, Alexander » C WPG 21 $1,500,000 2013 (RFA)
Leblanc, Drew » C CHI 24 $1,486,598 2013 (RFA)
Colborne, Joe » C TOR 23 $1,100,000 2013 (RFA)
Lain, Kellan » C VAN 23 $1,055,854 2013 (RFA)
Bailey, Josh » C NYI 23 $1,050,000 2013 (RFA)
Spaling, Nick » C NAS 24 $1,050,000 2013 (RFA)
Schroeder, Jordan » C VAN 22 $1,025,000 2013 (RFA)
Palmieri, Kyle » C ANA 22 $1,025,000 2013 (RFA)
Gibbons, Brian » C PIT 25 $900,000 2013 (RFA)
Johansson, Marcus » C WAS 22 $900,000 2013 (RFA)

Johansson, Burmistrov (although I think it's a done deal he signed in the KHL in the last two day), Little, Hodgson, Bailey andColborne would be worth exploring.

Only interested in 2 to 3 forwards available Damin Brunner, A cheaper Mason Raymond or a cheaper Grabovski. On D maybe Murray but other than that, I will take a pass.

I'd add Nick Spaling into the 'worth looking at' list, I've always liked his game.

Are any of these teams currently in a tight cap situation whereby freeing themselves from the player would be beneficial?

He is a diving loser, I hope Van makes room for him somehow.

Buffalo, Totonto and Washington are closer to that cap than most of the teams on that list. I doubt Brian Little is leaving Winnipeg any time soon but you never know.

I googled Burmistrov and all I could find was a Flames wanting to trade for him rumor and that he doesn't want to sign in Winnipeg.

Any source for the KHL signing?

If Stajan can be traded for an asset I wouldn't mind Grabovski or Roy on a short term, cheaper deal....like 2-3 years at a cap hit around $3-4 million.

Get an asset for Stajan and upgrade him to center with more offensive upside all while still leaving room for younger centres to grow at the nhl level = win in my books.
