Default Typing on iPhone Gone Downhill

Has anyone noticed that typing and autocorrect on their iPhone is worse than it used to be?
Since iOS 6, I think.

I think as a result of all the "damn you autocorrect" buzz they did something. Personally I feel it's far worse than it used to be. It seems to correct properly spelled words all the time.

After 6 months of using a Blackberry Z10 onscreen keyboard, I've come to the realization that the iPhone keyboard has always been terrible. It's really bad by comparison, and super frustrating any time I'm typing on my wife's iPhone.

Edit: that or its neurological

I have reset my keyboard a couple times. There is a chance that last time I did was during a boozy weekend, which meant my phone learnt my drunk typing mannerisms.

Yup, a couple of native features to BB10 but the prediction system is from SwiftKey.

I've been jailbreaking my ipod touches and my iphone from the moment they were released. I had troubles updating to 6.1.1 so I said screw it, and went to IOS 7, no jailbreak. Using my phone is now so frustrating, the keyboard being the main issue. There's jailbreak tweeks that space the keyboard out better, and something called swipeselector, which allows you to place the cursor where ever you want, by scrolling left to right on the keyboard. Apple IOS without a jailbreak is a miserable experience.
