There is zero point waiving Hannan, the only guy crazy enough to put a claim in on him is waiving him!

Actually, he is mildly useful in trade oddly enough. Teams that are low on cheese can use a guy like hannan in trade if they are looking to move other players. He's barely an adequate player otherwise.
