No tape that I remember seeing, but cpd cars covering entrances in/out and swat covering mall entrances. And apparently, a buddy of mine said he got pulled over on his way out an that they might be looking for someone (second hand so take it with a grain of salt).
Funny enough, we first noticed them because three swat walked out of the bathroom in full tac, maybe someone blew up a toilet.
