Looking for someone to finish underside of deck - walkout

Looking for suggestions on who I can hire to finish the underside of my deck. We have a walkout lot, the house came with a regular deck that was not water proofed. So we got it duradecked, and now have a patio underneath. The decks has exposed beams underneath and doesn't look finished.

Need someone who could put soffit? underneath to finish, and on the sides of the deck.

Who usually does work like this? Should I check on Kijiji?

I have the same thing... an upper deck off the main floor and a lower deck off the walkout with exposed joists from the upper deck.
What I'm going to do is finish the underside of the upper deck with 5/4"x 6" brown pressure treated deck boards. They should be fairly easy to screw into place and I think it will look better than metal soffit. If I get tired of the natural brown color, I'll just stain or paint them.
