Its a nice step up from a Rebel, for example it is weather sealed, has a better view finder, top mounted LCD and better access to controls.
That's a super hot deal - I am paying it forward because I caved to a great deal on a full frame Nikon.

Yeah, I caved to the hot deal on the Nikon FX camera so this is for sale.
This is friends and family pricing for the 60D. You won't get a better deal Black Friday.

It's cropped. The only APS-C cameras in Canon's lineup above this are the 7D and 70D, both of which are more expensive. The 70D for example is about $1200 for the body only.
I would sell this body with box and accessories, as well as the Canon EOS bag, for $550.

It comes with two lenses. A EF-S 18-200mm and an EF 50mm. Both are in the same condition as the camera, new.
