Lanny T-shirt?
Hey guys, I randomly came across this photo on a friend's Facebook. I've never seen a t-shirt like it before, but all signs must point to this being a Lanny McDonald shirt, right?
The orange moustache, the Stanley Cup, the flames at the bottom...has anyone seen this shirt before? I figured CP would be the place to ask.
(Also, mods, I'm not sure if this technically belongs in FoI; if not, please feel free to move it)

While we are on the subject, there was someone with a "Chillin in the Dome with Jarome" t-shirt pic not too long ago.
Would be sweet if either were available. Definitely two purchases.

Looks like the Jarome t-shirts were a KidSport limited charity item. Couldn't find a photo.

Oh, I already have. I don't really expect much of an answer though; she doesn't exactly strike me as a Flames fan, so I doubt she sought out the shirt...was probably a gift or something similar.
I also thought that maybe, since I'm a Flames fan and really appreciated the shirt, it would be cool to share with the rest of CP

I have been looking for a Calgary Flames 1989 stanley cup champion t-shirt for a while now. I had one when I was a kid and luckily found one in my teens at a garge sale. You think with the internet, ebay, etc nowadays I could find one easier but no luck yet, missed out on a couple of auctions a day or two late.

I have a sweater something like that...I'll have to dig through a box or two of old clothes but I'm pretty sure I have at least two shirts/sweaters bought after the Cup win (one with the 'stache).
At the time there were all sorts of these available...I wonder if Lanny ever saw a dime of the profits from these?

I was lucky to find an 89 champion t-shirt. One day about 7 years ago I was walking by a second hand clothing store and what do I find in the display window. I went in to purchase it and it cost me 90 cents, I would of paid $90 for it.

LOL it's black corduroy a the front stands up almost 90 degree from the brim.
