It was built in last year, and it certainly suggests they spent a pretty penny on landscaping seeming as those trees don't look like youngsters. I do like that kitchen.

Trees were there from the old house. Never new this was Warrener's place though thought he and Jarome lived in the area (even though people always say Jarome lived elsewhere.)

Both Warrener's and Jarome's houses are just up the hill from this place (you could stand on the back deck of this place and kind of see Jaromes place). This place was just completed by them but no one has lived in it.
