Hope Colorado-Edmonton goes to OT with Edmonton winning.
Avs are a tough team to catch and with the crap the Oilers throw out there they are a threat to finish below us. Would prefer some distance between us and them.

We're not catching the Avs and they're after Jones anyway. Better an Oilers win and who cares how it happens. Of course this is probably the night the Avs show up.

5 goals in the last 3 minutes of play against the Sabres. (3 at the end of period, 2 at the start of next).

Buffalo, with a win, could actually get themselves into the race for 8th, even though it would still be a longshot.
So what do they do? Give up 3 goals in the last 75 seconds of the first priod.
Edit: and then another goal 75 seconds into the second
Edit 2: 5-0 2 goals in under 2 minutes to start he second

I hope Sabres won't decide to tank when they realise that their playoff dreams are slipping away.

I'd love to see the reaction of a Sabres fan who missed the last minute of the period and the first minute of the next doing some errand in the intermission. Heading out, 0-0, coming back 5-0.
