NJ @ NYR
FLA @ BOS
CAR @ TB
STL @ COL
CLB @ SJ
ANA @ EDM
DAL @ LA

Huge game for the Rangers and also Blue Jackets. Would be nice to see Colorado win, but that seems silly even to ponder. NJ and NYR on TSN 2 right now

Wow. Florida is a garbage of a team. I thought we were bad, but they are just embarassing. I think it's time they get moved to Canada, I don't think solid young players should deserve to waste away their best years in Southern Florida.

Good thing Flames have a three point lead on the Devils in the race to the bottom. I don't think they will win again this year looking at their schedule, and play to end the season. NJ down 2-0 end of 1 periods to NYR

The only reason I want Colorado to win is to make the Blues' pick better. I've given up all hope of the Avs passing us in the standings. Would be nice to see Edmonton win (ugh), but I doubt the Ducks will give them a chance after losing to us.

Actually the other one was right. There are only seven Out Of Town (OOT) games today. The Calgary game makes eight

Edit: It looks like you actually posted that in the right thread, and the merge made me look dumb

Alright, now that that's straightened out...
Something is really bothering me about reffing this year. Along with all the other made up rules that they introduced this year, they also sneaked in the "no hurting the refs feelings" rule. In the NJ NYR game, there was a blatant trip on kovulchuk who was potentially on his way to a shorthanded breakaway, bad no call. NJ bench gives the gears to the ref, they get a bench minor to go down 2 men.

I have not seen so many bench minors as this year, and I think its ridiculous. These guys need to be accountable ON THE ICE. If they make a blatant mistake, they should be told, and not politely.

Cant believe the Coil are gonna pick top ten again this year, what an absolute disgrace.

2013- somewhere top ten
2012- 1st overall
2011-1st overall
2010- 1st overall
2009- 10th overall
2008- 22nd overall
2007 - 6th overall

6 of the past 7 years they will/have picked top ten and have barely improved. Truly terrible.

Flames Draft the last seven years:

2013- Top 6?
2012 - 21st
2011- 13th
2010- 64th
2009 - 23rd
2008 - 25th
2007-24th

Highest pick is 13th overall, never been top 10 and we got Sven Beartschi, Im confident this management group can be effective when given good picks, lets hope it happens this year.

I'm betting the TB-CAR game turns in to the equivalent of that badminton match in the Olympics last year where the two teams kept serving it into the net.

I think we need TB to win that one, I can't see Carolina winning anymore games this season after that.

That 2008 Oilers 1st round pick at 22nd overall was actually the Ducks pick from the Pronger trade.

The Oilers pick was actually really 12th overall, and was lost to the Ducks because of the Penner offer sheet.

That pick ended up in the Sabres possession, and they selected Tyler Myers.

OT win for Tampa is better. They play Florida in their last game of the year, so they have a better chance of passing the Flames with 2 wins in their final four. Carolina has the Islanders, Rangers, and Penguins to close out the season after tonight, so they're much less likely to get any more points.

The Blues only need 1 point to clinch a playoff spot (and the Flames draft pick), which they can get on Thursday night; so back-to-back losses against the Avalanche would be good (although unlikely).

Also, GOilers (ugh).
