We need Vancouver to win tonight (I know, I know) to put some pressure on Anaheim and their #2 seeding.
Maybe then the Ducks will actually show up tomorrow night.

Habs have allowed at least 5 goals in every game since they clinched a playoff spot. Hope for Stamkos to have a big night now that he's chasing Ovechkin in the goal race.
Senators, Islanders, and/or Columbus wins plus a Blues loss improves the Blues' pick.
Minnesota win and Vancouver loss would put the Wild just 2 points behind the Nucks for the Division lead.

And ladies (we do exist on this site).
All I am hoping for if not wins from the teams below the Flames at least make the games three pointers.

The Panthers are locked for last so there really is no point in worrying about them. The Canes, Bolts, Flyers, Devils, Oilers and Preds are the teams to worry about.

The Leafs are going to fall hard next year. They are getting outshot like crazy every game of late.

I suspect it seems like it, because in previous years the only times Flames fan have looked at the bottom of the standings was to see if the Oilers were still there and then laugh at them.

I think teams being bunched up in the shortened season makes it seem like it because there are more teams in the running.
Over a long season Florida would be clearly in last place, with Colorado likely a much bigger gap between them and the 3rd last team.
Calgary probably would be in a race only for 4/5/6 but because of the short season it seems like we have a realistic shot at the bottom 2.
Also, for a team like Carolina maybe they get Ward back for the last half of the season in a 82 game schedule and all of a sudden they are out of the running for the bottom picks.
It could be this year more teams are tanking but I think the shortened season is playing a big role in how it looks.

Just got home, are any of these games entertaining? Or should I just watch On The Fly.
