OOT - April 14th - 3 games.
CHICAGO vs ST. LOUIS - Hawks win 2-0.
TAMPA BAY vs BUFFALO 3:00 PM MT - NHLN-CA,SUN,MSG-B
DETROIT vs NASHVILLE 3:30 PM MT - NHLN-CA,NBCSN,FS-D
Things are really starting to tighten up at the bottom (and not just at the very bottom). Ideally Nashville wins, and Tampa wins in OT/SO.
St. Louis is a bit tricky. They have a somewhat decent two team cushion, but Detroit and Columbus are only 3 points back at 9th and 10th, so they aren't out of the woods (although they do have games in hand). Hard to say, but I probably would lean towards preferring a loss.

I like teams wearing white at home
I think the Blues are guaranteed to get in. Games in hand plus 7 out the final 8 at home.

That's great news. Now if they could make sure to finish exactly 8th that would be even better.

Detroit has to be in desparation mode here. A loss today puts them in a spot where they might be in danger of not making the playoffs. They actually play Dallas in their last game of the season, so maybe that game means something. Chicago has the Division won, and first place all but wrapped up. Meaning St.Louis should have all the incentive to win that game. Although finishing 6th might be the better playoff seed.
Hopefully Tampa Bay and Buffalo go to a shoot out.

2 blatant dives in 10 seconds by Andrew shaw. He should be suspended for that crap.

Lots of intensity in this Hawks Blues game. Toews has left the bench with a leg injury after Backes hit him knee on knee.

This Hawks/Blues game has been great hockey, lots of flow, great speed and physicality. Seems to be some animosity between the teams as well. Would make for an amazing playoff series.

We also want the Hawks to win now....and choke in the playoffs.
Anything to get as many teams behind Pittsburgh on draft day.

Even better would be for them to finish 6th with the 7th and 8th teams in each Conference going to the Conference Finals (it happened in 2010 in the East).
That would move both the Blues' and Penguins' picks up four places.
