I was thinking Winters from Band o Brothers...

I remember watching his used car salesman sketch as a kid... I think he was "Heavy Lenny". That was one of the best laughs I can remember growing up. Unfortunately I can't find a link to it. I'm thinking maybe it was on The Smothers Brothers, but not sure.
