Default WestJet Survey (For a University Project)
Hey CP,

For a big final project in one of my technical communication classes, we're creating a portfolio examining WestJet's online presence. As part of our research we're conducting a brief public survey.

I know there's lots of travelers here who use WestJet or other companies, and anyone's participation in the survey would be a huge help! It's quite brief (only ten questions, shouldn't take more than 5 minutes), and you can enter your e-mail address to win a Tim's Card at the end.

Done... felt weird going from being very familiar to visiting their site never. I am sure many people are like myself and use a bookit.com or expedia type thing for flights and just feel like is gravy if they get to choose from some westjet packages.

Done, but I think your first question is missing the most important thing for people who fly for work. Schedule. When booking a flight I usually look at when I need to be there and when I can come home and pick the airline that can best accommodate that.

Westjet badly needs an app. Using that website on an iPhone or iPad is a nightmare. I know they're working on one...but there's no way they should have left it so long.
