Default Juicy Jokinen on Waivers! Also the Something Special Shootout Sens Guy

Orange Jussilus! Get er done Feaster! A #1 centre to play with Jarome and another Finnish buddy for Kipper.

He should be picked up. He always seems to do well for his new teams. And he's a shootout specialist, which we really need.

Like that's ever stopped anyone from being a #1 center for the Flames.

He can play all three forward positions, and takes a lot of draws....and he's good at them.

2012/13 - 263 draws (58.2%)
2011/12 - 833 draws (55.1%)
2010/11 - 321 draws (52.8%)

Feaster should try and get him, then deal another winger for picks/prospects IMO.

Would be solid asset management IMO, and would improve a severe weak spot (draws).

This would actually be a good pickup just for faceoff ability alone.

Short season. You start on a long cold streak and you're ####ed. Start on a hot streak and you look amazing. A normal season tends to even things out more.

Has he struggled or something?!? Thought he was a solid second liner, or was a few season goes.

Is he a reasonable comparison to tanguay?

A big plus is the fact that next year is a contract year so he would be "there"

I'd only take him in trade if they'd eat half his contract and take a career AHL'ers contract back in return (to keep an open slot)... he's not good value for money.

What's the story on Daugavins? Great junior and AHL stats, not small (about average).

Is he not physical enough to produce at the NHL level, or is he just not getting a chance in Ottawa?
