The government remits the tuition amount of the student loan to the government and then sends the rest of the amount to the student. She should be able to find out from student loans how much was given to CDI. If that amount is less than the tuition she owed CDI then what CDI is saying makes sense.

Tell them it was all spent on blow, and shrug. I'm pretty sure it's legal to do that, as long as it's blow and not something you can take back like a big-screen TV.

I was totally screwed up last night while watching Drug Inc. I always thought Blow was coke, but in Detroit Blow is heroin.
I'm having trouble with keeping all of these terms straight.

Drugs Inc. on National Geographic Channel, amazing stuff.
This year they have done episodes in Colorado, Hawaii, Las Vegas, Detroit and one in Puerto Rico where people shoot up horse tranquilizer, Anestesia, and then walk around like zombies, seriously. One guy got shot in the stomach 3 years ago and didn't stick around for them to sew him up in the hospital, so part of his intestines was hanging outside of his body, was gross.

I'm dreading the one that's upcoming suppossedly that talks about the synthetic heroin in Russia called Krokodile or something like that.
Its a horrible drug and the people that make it and sell it need to be executed in the bloodiest manner possible
BTW don't google for pictures of it.

I watched the Vice documentary on Youtube about that stuff. They actually call it that because it turns your skin scaley. Who in their right mind would still want to do it? Might as well call weed "lung snot" and coke "nose bleed".

Vice Documentary on Krocodile.
There is another drug in south america that basically turns someone into a zombie and will do your bidding and you have no memory of what happened. It's like being ruffied, but 100x worse. So people who get drugged (basically by smelling the drug) "wake up" only to find out that their entire house has been sacked, they are the ones that did it. It's created from a flower that grows freely in the area. It's called Scopolomine or Devil's Breath.
