Default February 25, five games.

The interesting thing about this game is the pleasant surprise of the Leafs goaltending in comparison to the Flyers goaltending weakness.
The game is on TSN nationally in Canada.

A decent rivalry between these two teams which can be seen nationally on RDS in french
and regionally in english from eastern Ontario to Newfoundland on TSN Habs and Sportsnet East.

The Predators are on a two game losing streak and being shutout in both of them.
This game can be seen on NBCSN in the USA. Normally, TSN2 would simulcast it
in Canada, but, the NBA Raptors are on that channel.

Game of the night here to see if the Blackhawks can continue their amazing streak of not losing in regulation time.

The sports announcers are having fun with the goalie names. Which goalie will be quicker or faster?

I think it's time for another debacle of monumental proportions at the Madhouse on Madison. 10-1 Hawks would be a beautiful result tonight.

The Leafs lead 2-1 after two periods. Kessel scored in the first period and Kulemin in the second period.

The Senators have a 1-0 lead over the Habs midway through the second period.

The Predators lead 1-0 over the Stars midway through the first period.

The Oilers score a shorthanded goal to make it 1-0, then just over a minute later, on the same power play, the Blackhawks tie it up.

Lots of goals in the Stars-Predators game as Rinne is letting in some goals. There have been five scored in the second period, Dallas has four of them as the Stars lead 4-2. Two goals in 25 seconds and the Stars last two goals were on the power play.

This has nothing to do with today's games but is a holdover from yesterday's OOT thread that I had to post.

wow it is pretty tight in the East - two 26 pointers, four 24 pointers, and some teams in the SE division in the top eight.

Right when I thought our sportsnet panel was awful Gene goes ahead and asks if Nail practices his one timers. Nail just laughs and you know he is thinking " No Gene, never practiced the one timer"

Come on Hawks. Don't let your first loss be to the lowly Oilers.
