Oops.

In my defense, my laptop is old and the L key and the F key stick and don't always complete even when I hit them. I should see if I can get that fixed...

This warms the cockles of my heart.

I remember, I was on a driving trip in the Maritimes and I had parked to get a good look at the Confederation bridge. Anyway, a car pulls up beside me as I'm standing there looking and the guy asks "Do you know where the bridge is?". You mean that gigantic bridge that is so big you can't see the end, spanning off into the horizon? No, I have no idea where it is.

Given the absolute absurdity of the other complaints, I feel this one is out of place and could easily be a legitimate complaint.

If, let's say, a retired couple wanted to go for a nice relaxing tropical vacation and ended up in a party area during spring break that's completely on the tour operator as failing to do their job properly. Even if they ended up in a usually quiet hotel that just happened to have some unruly guests at the time, it's still really on the tour operator to know how the hotel handles such guests. There's clearly a difference a between hotels that allow, if not encourage, "party behaviour" and others where it's simply forbidden and that's likely where the complaint stems from.

Eh some people are dumb... like really dumb. Making it worse, they don't bother to think before they open their mouths. And when a customer service rep is standing right their the silly half baked thoughts rattling around in their heads come spilling out the front.

Try working in a grocery store for a few weeks and you'll come to realize just how dumb people can be. Numerous times I'd have some one pointing at the price tag & asking what the price is. Now, I don't think these people were incapable of reading, I think they were trying to process the information they were seeing and with an employee standing right there the question in their head simply came out their mouth.

The driving to Toronto one was me! It was a retired american guy who was coming back from Alaska. The Lake Moraine one was directed at my coworker.

The animal out of the cages one was from a Parks Canada warden who would come into the centre on a weekly basis.
