Also, you guys tell me, but Matt Duchene looks a wee bit offside on this play (he went on to score)

Spoiler!

Giroux finally starting to do something. The Islanders looked as terribad as their jerseys.

I love when hockey is on in the morning. Makes the work day much more enjoyable.

Rinne should be the MVP. He doesn't start today and the Preds let in 6 goals in less than 2 periods.

C. Mason with an awesome performance, 18 shots - 6 goals. Looks like Rinne will be the one who plays all of the games from now on. ;D

I don't know I'f anyone caught the Colorado game. I'f not I'm sure you will see highlights all night long. The avs scored a goal, and the play was so offside everyone stopped playing. Duchene went in and scored, they actually ruled it a goal.

Looks like he caught the refs napping a bit there. How'd they miss that one unless they weren't looking?

Not sure what OOT thread to use, but I'll use this one.

Matt Duchene just totally outmuscled Weber to set up McGinn to make it 6-3. Avs did hold on for a 6-5 victory.

Given that goal was the difference, I think there is a linesman whose future assignments will have a lot to do with how well he answers the question of WTF was he thinking.

Wow that was one of the worst I have seen. Too bad it cannot be taken upstairs. They need a red flag type deal for those scenario's.

Edit: LOL@ the linesman waving the play good upon entry. Dude has no business calling an NHL game.

That frustrates me. Gave Colorado points in the standings that could have potentially helped us climb them.
