On Sunday, April 10, 2011, police received a complaint regarding at least two inappropriate incidents that are alleged to have occurred earlier this year, involving a 13-year-old female victim.
On Monday, April 18, 2011, after an investigation by the CPS Sex Crimes Unit, Kelsea Joy HEPBURN, 22, was charged with two counts of sexual exploitation and one count each of sexual assault, sexual interference with a person under the age of 16 and invitation to sexual touching.
The accused is a ringette coach. The victim was one of the players on the team this past season.

Jokes aside, a 22 year old women preying on a 13 year old girl is pretty messed up and I hope she gets the same treatment a male would.

I'm getting the impression, just based on the girl on girl nature of the crime, that this would be a punishment she would not enjoy.

a friend of mine is involved with ringette and this sent shockwaves thru out the community yesterday. seemed like a normal woman.
