How many cups of coffee do you drink a day?
Curious if I'm the only one who uses coffee for fuel throughout the day...
1. I start the morning off by using my Tassimo to make a cup to go for the drive to work.
2. I then have another cup at work from our Keurig machine.
3. Today I'm taking a client out for coffee at 11.. so cup 3.
4. The after lunch cup of coffee to power through the afternoon.
That's pretty much how my day goes, so I'd say I drink anywhere from 4-5 cups a day. Sometimes more, sometimes less. So CP how many cups of coffee do you drink a day?

I don't drink coffee unless it has liquor in it.

Just one in the morning to get me through the drive into work. Any more and I'm bouncing off the walls, shakey, and don't sleep at night.

1 XL Regular from Tims in the morning and then lately I'll have a latte from the machine at work at around 3 which is the same size as the small Tim Hortons cups (the new smalls/old mediums).
Anything more then that and I usually feel uncomfortable.

Usually 3-5 little Styrofoam cups worth, at 8 oz. per cup.
Caffeine doesn't seem to affect my ability to sleep. I could drink a bunch before going to bed and sleep fine.

One in the morning and one at some other point during the day. I try to keep it under 2 cups a day.

About 9 years ago I used to manage a coffee shop, and I was averaging 6-7 cups of drip and 1 or 2 espressos a day.
I started getting heart palpitations.
Now, as an office drone, I usually have 1-2 cups in the morning, and a Pepsi Max or a Coke Zero at lunch, and maaaaybe some cola with dinner if I'm doing something that night.

Zero cups of coffee.
I don't even know how to make a cup of coffee (seriously).
I'm in my 50's and I've probably had 10 or less cups of coffee in my life.
I pick up a cold can of Diet Coke on my way in to work. It usually lasts through to 1 p.m. or so.

None, I just drink water. I do enjoy the taste of coffee, but am scared to build a reliance to it like so many people seem to have. So I just drink it casually once in awhile, and not when I'm at work.

That's the way to go. It's bad how reliant I am on my morning cup.

Giant cup in the morning, take a traveller with me to drink through the day and occasionally a trip to Timmy's in the afternoon. If I don't get my caffeine I get headaches.

I used to have a cup every morning but lately haven't even had that. I think I'm down to once a week pretty much. Maybe two, very occasionally.

Zero.
Coke Zero is my usual non-water drink. Though I don't think it does much, I can drink a 1L Coke Zero at 10pm and go to sleep after that no problem.

I will have a cup of decaf once every other week to be social with those who need to get their coffee fix.
Don't like the feeling of being addicted to caffeine - and honestly after having a coffee I feel jumpy.
