I just saw this on Reddit

It seems really messed up. It seems people have tried calling the number, but whoever answers on the other end doesn't speak English

From my quick perusal of the reddit comments. I think it is a note from a Pakistani prisoner that was found in a box of Valentine's Day cards apparently being forced to make cards?

The original note said something like "Mr Khan from Pakistan, help being kept in Chinese prison, call (phone number)"

From what I read this Mr Khan guy is real and is being kept in a Chinese jail for drug related charges. The number he wrote was most likely a relative and several people talked to him
