Around 1:50 mark I swear a colossal blue whale surfaces. Probably just swallowed Cthulhu earlier that day.

It did totally look like that eh? I did a double take myself.

That was a pretty cool video. I can't help but think after that last graphic, this was funded by some global warming study. Doesn't take awy from the video though, which was straight up cool.

It's a documentary about Extreme Ice Survey, which is funded by NASA, National Geographic, and the National Science Foundation (and other corporations mostly photography and extreme gear companies), all of whom accept the scientific consensus of global warming yes.

The mission of the Extreme Ice Survey is to take pictures of change over time, people complain that reading scientific papers is too complex/time consuming and that scientists in general need to do a better job of communicating to the public, I would guess this would fall under that.
