After much speculation and unanswered questions, Warner Bros has green lit the screenplay written by show creator Doug Ellin to be made.
i was a fan of the show in its prime(S1-S3), didn't mind it when it was starting to get played out(S4-S5), but was turned off by the last couple of seasons.
I do like the characters though, so there's no doubt I'll be seeing where they go from here.
I bet it's about him struggling to find an acting job and then suddenly getting a major part in the most important film of the year. Meanwhile Turtle has some wacky business venture, E is on again off again with Sloan and Drama is trying to find a TV show to star in.
That would be a fresh angle.

personally, i'd like to see sloan, dana gordon and that other gal (Lizzy) get into some type of physical altercation where they all fall into a large vat of honey, jello or some type of oil.......

while i would not avert my eyes if she fell in (i would simply be following the plot line), i do not find her to be as attractive as the other three........

I wonder where they take it. I bet Ari becomes a super narcissist owner of an NFL team. The only real question is which path Vince takes. Is he a drug addict burnout, coasting at the same pace or does he become the Brad Pitt/George Clooney leading actor. Please don't suck
when they strayed from the old formula it kind of lost its mystique, that being said I really liked every season. I thought they should have delved deeper into Vince's addiction, he should've gone to jail. RDJ went to jail and it only boosted his marketability by making him a badass, I was hoping Vince was going to jail.
That's got to be the worst show I continued to watch. I have no idea why I kept watching.
That is how I feel about How I Met Your Mother..
