Flames What does a practice day look like?

In light of the the recent 5 day break, I'm wondering what a typical 'practice day' looks like...

I hear on the radio they have 60 - 90 min sessions on the ice, do they have the same amount of time off ice? Are the players in and out of the dome in 3 hours?

I have no concept of how they would structure the day, and therefore how much they get out of it, both coaches and players.

Do anyone have insight on this?

I'm not 100% sure, I do remember back when I worked produce @ Safeway their trainer (Morris I think) would come by early early in the morning and on gamedays to gather up crates of fruits and stuff for the players. I remember him mentioning they do a lot of off ice "practice" compared to on ice and its usually a early morning thing and then nap before back to the rink for pre-game warmups.

I've always thought it would be interesting to see a 24/7 type show about the flames, following a few players around for a few days + gameday just so fans can get an idea of how its spent.
