Prescription Ski Goggles
Good day all,
I have been looking for this for years.
I researched online and can't seem to find any organization that offers prescription ski goggles in a single lens (i.e. the goggle is precipitation), apparently the outer edges of the lens get distorted and create a fish bowel effect. According to the site below, a ski goggle prescription lens is now available, from Oakley; however, when I emailed them they said they do not offer this product.

Does anyone know if this exists?
Thank you for any tips!

That would be interesting.
I finally found goggles that fit over my glasses, but this would be better.

I would think it would be really hard to make these, especially if your eyes require different adjustments.

The problem with what you are asking is that the lens of the ski goggles is further from your eyes than regular glasses. You don't always look straight out of the center of the google lens, like you normally do with glasses. Lens for glasses are centered on your eye, but doing the same with a large ski google lens would be difficult. Also, because two different perscriptions would have to be ground into one lens, the complexity of doing such a thing would make the lens quite expensive to make.
I imagine it's theoretically possible, but mostly impractical due to the cost of producing them (I think the frames would probably have to be redesigned too).

Don't think this could have possibly been overlooked, but maybe try contacts and goggles? You Need is correct, those lenses would have to be incredibly thick at the edges.

I am some sort of freak, eye doctors themselves struggle and struggle to put contacts into my eyes. Every eye doctor insists its not that bad and they can do it, only one hasn't failed and i made him remove it right of way.
I am a bit of an eye wimp i guess

Zenni Optical has a couple of ski goggles w/ prescription for cheap if you want to give them a try.

I bought from them for eye glasses and have no issues with their work quality.
