Most people don't know this, but....

On most vehicle gas gauges there is usually a small arrow that indicates the side on which the gas cap is located.
If there is no arrow, if you look at the gas pump symbol on the gauge, whatever side the hose is located is usually the side the cap is on.

I did a paper on the Coliseum for a classics class a couple years back. Many people know that its actual name is the Flavian Amphitheater, but fewer know that there is another building with the same name in Pozzuoli, Italy.
