I just had to mention this because it is so rare to see anything hockey-related mentioned in the UK let alone on the front page of bbc.co.uk:

It's good to see positive coverage for hockey here because I had the opposite experience the other day.
Two days ago I went to see the Guildford Flames play in the UK's second ice hockey league and while it was great to see 1800+ passionate British hockey fans, my experience was marred by some Flames goon coming out of the penalty box during a line brawl, throwing his helmet into an opposition player's face before pounding him, then later adopting some ridiculous MMA stance before goading the fans in the away supporters section instead of skating off the ice for his misconduct. I had never seen anything so bush league in a live hockey game at any level.
Anyway, not sure if anyone cares but thought I'd share!
