I got a work vehicle in my most recent position and am looking to sell my old car.
It is a very fun car to drive, great handling and very peppy.
I live in Edmonton but make regular trips to Calgary for work and could bring it down if there was interest.
Some info on the car:
The good:
This car was purchased by my parents brand new, and driven by my mom up until I bought it from my parents in 2010
- ~62500 KMs
- It is the GT model so top of the line (A/C, rain sensing windshield, power windows & locks, sunroof, biggest motor available at time
- Has aftermarket heated seats installed
- It is a MANUAL 5 speed, not an automatic
- Comes with both winter and summer rims/tires
- In great shape, essentially no damage to body of vehicle
The Bad:
- The windshield has some cracking, nothing terrible but it will likely need to be replaced in the next year or two
- It likely needs new winter tires for next year, but the summers should be fine for another year or two
- It has been in two accidents, neither major, but both would show on a carfax. One where someone backed up into it in a parking lot, another where I was side swiped. The damage was fully repaired and I have driven the car for well over a year since the most recent accident
I'm looking for $6500 or best offer. Equivalent Mazda 3s on autotrader are asking $8500 or more with more kilometres. I'm just looking for a quick easy sale, and if nothing comes from this I"ll probably just sell it to a wholesaler. PM me if interested!
