free agent offers

Maybe I'm missing something, but i cant find a way to make an offer to my own up coming free agents. Is it possible? How do I do it?

Ugh, there are so many ways they could have made the game mode better. really seems like they rushed to put it together.

You can't do that till off season.

From what I read you get a specified period of time before July 1st to resign your free agents. If you don't during that time they become free agents (or rfas). Wish I had a source.

In years past you get the week before free agency to negotiate. You get one offer per day per player and those you don't sign go to free agency, at this point you can offer RFAs contracts too I think.
