Subscribed Threads

I just noticed that every thread I have ever opened was subscribed, even though I did not subscribe to a single thread. Is this a setting I can turn off? I would imagine you might want to turn that off globally, my list had nearly a thousand different threads.

I just deleted all my subscribed threads, thought this might be an FYI or a fata.

Check your control panel options settings

There's one there for "Default Thread Subscription Mode", it defaults to Do not subscribe, but if that's set to anything else it'll basically subscribe you automatically to any thread that you create or reply to.

Set it to do not subscribe and it won't subscribe you to every thread you interact with.

I used to complain about some forums automatically using thread subscription until I started posting on XDA and realized it was a GREAT way to keep track of threads you're involved in.
