'Dome Concerts - Sec 228/110

Hey guys,

Wondering if anyone has had the experience in sitting in Sec 228 or 110 (Sec directly beside the stage) for concerts and how these are for viewing?

I've really enjoyed concerts from that vantage point, but my friends don't all agree. Generally I find the quality and energy of the band to be a much bigger predictor of enjoyment. I've seen decent concerts from 20 feet away and mind-blowing concerts from section 227.

I sat there for RHCP, didn't like it all, it felt like I was watching the people that were watching the concert.

Also depends on the stage set up I find most depends on the artist being into it or not
