		| Daniel Solomon, 36, was in critical condition at a local hospital, but is expected to survive, Gilbert police spokesman Sergeant Jesse Sanger said.
Police said Daniel Solomon told them his wife became angry over his “lack of voter participation” in last Tuesday’s presidential election and believed her family would face hardship as a result of Obama winning another term.

Witnesses reported the argument broke out on Saturday morning in a parking lot and escalated. Mrs Solomon then chased her husband around the lot with the car, yelling at him as he tried to hide behind a light pole, police said. He was struck after attempting to flee to a nearby street.

Clearly she just wanted to run over her husband and this was a convenient excuse. The state she lives in did vote for Romney...

Fun fact: they live in Arizona, whose electoral votes went to Romney anyway. Her husband could have voted 10,000 times and it wouldn't have made any difference to the outcome of the election.

I don't think that kind of rational thinking would have stopped him from becoming road kill on that particular day.

Congratulation you win the I completely missed the joke game. Tell him what he's won Rory.

He's won the home version of the game, a $25.00 gift certificate to Bed Breakfast and Beyond and your choice of these objects that we found floating in a drainage ditch

Some people would have ignored green in any case just to take the shot.

^^^ I think it was more an afterthought argument and not really a green text moment to save his butt so he didn't look foolish (hence the whole bit afterwards) but whatever.
