Yep, Blue Jays on the 11th or Indians on the 25th are our choices. Probably do the Blue Jays.

One big piece of advice, bring your passport to the bar. Massachusetts is absolutely stupid about refusing to accept anything but Massachusetts ID.

As a HUGE baseball fan myself I got to go to a Red Sox game about 5 years ago. FYI try and get the tickets beforehand - literally find out when they go on sale for the season and get on the internet and try and get yourself the necessary number of tickets. Otherwise....
...unless its changed, you will then have to line up outside the stadium with about 4 - 500 hundred other individuals to try and get game day tickets. We were first in line but we actually waited some ridiculous amount of time - something like 5 or so hours beforehand. It's absolutely ridiculous. I think they technically have a rule about how soon you can line up as well, so you may have to be "around" just not technically in line. Also, not sure how often its enforced, but technically everyone going to the game has to be in line - i.e. you can't have your buddies go off and drink and you each take a turn in line. If I remember correctly, at a random time, some staff member(s) from the Red Sox will come out and give the people in line a piece of paper or something that says they are in line/can get a ticket. Doesn't reserve your spot in line, but I think technically it allows you to buy a ticket - and they will only give one to each person literally there. So if you are standing in line, but buddies are not there, you would only get 1 piece of paper thingie...which theoretically means you could only buy 1 ticket. Not so much fun.
Long story short: try and buy your tickets online. I would even phone the Red Sox now, explain your situation and see if they can do anything or provide suggestions. We had multiple people try to bribe our spot in line...even people that would somehow be offering a ticket to the game, yet want to take over your spot in the line up. Hmmmm ....

Probably not as much fun for a bachelor party, but my wife and I were there for something like 2 days. We enjoyed the Freedom Trail - literally a line you can follow, around the city, to all of the great historic stuff. A lot of fun if you are into historical stuff (assuming not for this). Another thing we enjoyed is this - http://www.faneuilhallmarketplace.com/ a lot of activity, even late at night outside with street performers, etc.
I'll post anything else I remember. Oh yeha, it costs something like $10 - $15/person, but also do the tour of Fenway Park.

Go to a bar with equations written on the wall?
Seriously though -- here is a starting point: http://www.tripadvisor.com/Attractio...achusetts.html. Sam Adams brewery might be neat if you're into beer;
Regarding Red Sox tickets -- can't you just buy them on stubhub beforehand? Sure, it might cost more, but once you factor in flights and hotel, will it really matter at the end of the day?

Not sure if your circle of friends would be into this, but the whale-watching tours out of the aquarium can be pretty cool. Not sure about the best time of year, but we were there in September and saw about twenty whales from six species in a two-hour tour.

Get your Red Sox tickets on StubHub. You'll overpay, but at least you'll know you have tickets, and StubHub has a guarantee if the tickets are bad.
Since it's a bachelor party, I assume there will be drinking involved: Have a drink at the original Cheers bar, it's right on Beacon Street across from a huge park (inside looks nothing like the bar on the show). You can also do the tour at the Samuel Adams brewery.
Boston has a really good transit system, so it's easy to get around without a car. If you're interested in the historical stuff, the Freedom Trail is easy to walk.

Hit up the bars along Fenway, Bleecher Bar is cool, especially game day.
As a huge TV fan go to the Cheers bar, it's not like the TV show but it's cool and you can get lots of merhandise.
Last time I was there we basically only did what was around Fenway.
I can't stress enough to stay away from the Sheraton Four Points in Revere. Just stay away from Revere :P

I generally agree, but I am a fan of Kelly's for the lobster rolls. They're probably better at Belle Isle or Neptune Oyster, but the beachside location makes Kelly's my favorite. For other food options, you can't go wrong with Italian in the North End followed by some cannoli at Mike's Pastries, and you might also want to check out the old school cigar bar in the basement by Mike's if you don't mind overpaying for a unique smoking experience.
As a few people have mentioned, the Sam Adams brewery tour is always good, but I've heard good things about the one at Harpoon too.
Do not even consider going to any of the strip clubs in Boston. They're all horrible. If you need to fit a club into your weekend, take the train to Providence and hit the Cadillac Lounge or Desire or, if you have a way to get there, go to the Electric Blue in Tolland, Connecticut (it's by far the best club in New England, and probably in the top 10 clubs in the US).
The Mohegan Sun casino in Connecticut is always good for a party and it's only about an hour and a half from Boston. It's not too far from any of the aforementioned Rhode Island or Connecticut strip clubs either.
If you're there on the weekend of the 11th, go to Maryanne's bar in Brookline on Friday or Saturday night. It's one of the worst bars in the world and you'll be the oldest guys in there, but it's good for picking up hot Boston College girls and/or shamelessly making an ass of yourself. It will be a ghost town if you go on the 25th though, so don't bother with it then.

There's some restaurant/bar/club complex there in an old prison. Forget the name but im told to be there on a Thursday night.
Edit: a google search turns up the Liberty hotel. Thursday night is supposed to be some late night party where a fashion designer hosts or something. Quite an awesome party I hear.

This sounds like the Miracle of Science. Great little cafe/bar across the bridge in Cambridge. Recommended.

I'm not sure when you went to a Sox game, but all of that is completely unnecessary. Fenway only sells out on the books, in reality there are always tickets available at or below face value for anything but the biggest games. I sat front row at the home plate end of the visitors dugout on a saturday night this summer for well below face value (the team sucking helped with that) and there were tons of tickets available throughout the stadium. A game against Toronto in May isn't going to be a madhouse, and certainly won't require you to stand in any sort of line.
