Pens add another predraft favorite
Heading into the 2012 entry draft the Pens had a list of 6 players they really liked. Today they added the 4th player of that list.
Zach Kassian heads to the windy city in exchange for the diminutive Teuvo Teravaninen. This deal is risky as the Pens gave up Sam Gagner to land Kassian. But the organization really wanted the Finn so they sent out the power forward.
Joining Teravainen in Pittsburgh are Ryan Murray, Filip Forsberg and Matthew Dumba. The team won't name the remaining two prospects. But did release a statement.
" As good as a player Yakupov is, he did not make our list. We want a forward and a dman and we will have all the players we wanted from this draft ". GM Goffie proclaimed as he downed some rum.
Time will tell what type of moves the Pens make heading into the season.
