CP Jihad - Just for Realtors

One of the programs where I work has been nominated for a grant from the CREB Charitable Foundation.

Any member of CREB can vote up to 10 times a day, and select a program they think is worthy of getting a grant. So if you are a realtor, or know one, get them check out the listings of programs and vote.

Of course, I think you should vote for Athletes Mentoring Program (AMP), details below. This isn't just because I work for the organization, but there is a teen I know that is involved in the program, and I really believe in what it does for kids.

The Athletes Mentoring Program (AMP) matches volunteer student athletes from the University of Calgary, Mount Royal University and SAIT with children/youth who are at-risk for school failure and who would benefit from the support of a positive role model. The children/youth, ages 9 – 14 (male and female), are vulnerable as their families live in poverty, are first or second generation immigrants, come from single parent homes, and/or have involvement with education, mental health, child welfare, or justice systems.

Voting started yesterday, and continues until Oct 21.

Currently AMP is leading, so lets see if we can continue that!
