Anyone ever been to a game in Phoenix and know how easy it is to score tickets?

Super excited, as all teams are in the same boat. So much hope and optimism for all the teams. Unfortunately some of us will be sitting here in October with playoffs already out of reach. For me and my Dolphins that is a huge possibility. But until then I'm super pumped. Go Dolphins!!!!!!!!!!!
At minimum I got Hardknocks this year!

The Cardinals once again are a pretty sucky team, so I'd guess finding tickets should be pretty easy, though obviously that depends on the opponent.

As some people probably understand from the other thread, I expect big things from the Bears this season, and barring injury I think Jay Cutler could be back to Bronco's form. He was having a pretty great season last year and now with Marshall, Jeffrey and Bennett he has some real weapons to work with.
Unfortunately we are in one of, if not the hardest division in the NFL and you simply cannot let games slip through your fingers, like Chicago is prone to doing two or three times a season

Looking forward to watching the Broncos with Peyton Manning's leadership. I think there could be big things ahead for this team.
I think Eric Decker could have a monster year.

Don't care if people are gonna call me out for being a whiny bandwagoner (which for the record I AM NOT) I'm still excited for some Patriots football!

If only my Chiefs could figure out the QB position....the other 21 starters and 44 on the roster could be a Superbowl bound team if they had an elite level QB.

^^Price is a risky pick up. The talent is there, but he just always seems to be hurt. And frankly given the way the Bucs have fleeced the Bears in their last few trades, I'm curious to see what the Bears had to give up
Peyton Manning will regret not signing with KC by midseason, when they are in first place and the Broncos are not. KC will be a playoff team if Matt Cassel plays well, not even great, just well. Christ they almost were last year with Tyler freaking Palko as their QB for several games.

Did you listen to Sirius at all when they were talking about Cassel getting booed at the celebrity softball game in KC before the MLB All Star game? A lot of talk about how Chiefs fans don't know how good they have it with Cassel, and things could be much worse. I think we saw how bad it can be when Tyler Palko was under center for three games. However, anyone that follows the Chiefs knows that Cassel is only capable of so much, if the Chiefs get behind, he isn't going to be able to move the ball up the field. In all fairness to Cassel, the Chiefs under Haley were kind of a gong show. Hopefully with some consistency on the offensive side of the ball, Cassel can have a little more success. For the Chiefs to be successful it is going to have to be a total team effort. Cassel can manage a game, but he certainly can't win it.

Just checking my twitter feed last night after Day 1 of Saints camp was so nice, just link after link of Saints news that finally, finally had nothing to do with Bountygate fallout, Vilma hearings, Brees contract watch, etc.. just good old fashioned TC battles, love it, finally some normalicy again.

nothing to do with NHL training camp, but...
Quote:
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Steve Smith is donating $100,000 to help the survivors of the movie-theatre shooting in Colorado pay for medical expenses.
Smith is involved in a number of charitable organizations across the country, many of which go unnoticed.
But he says he made the donation public by having his agent send out a press release because he wanted to challenge others in high-profile positions to use their platform to step up and help contribute to the cause.
"Economic times are tough right now and (my family) has the means to do it," Smith said. "We have a chance to lead and hopefully other people will see that. People get prideful and say, 'Hey, this guy did that. Why don't I do more?' ... I don't think it's a publicity job, I think it's a chance for people to think about what are you here for? Are you here to store up your treasures or are you going to give it to people who are obviously in need?"

That is likely the last we will see of Bryant McKinnie in a NFL uniform, hope the guy is a better music producer than he was consummate professional.
Bryant McKinnie reportedly has been fined $30,000 by the Baltimore Ravens for missing the start of training camp.
Although McKinnie earned $3.3 million last season, and pocketed a $500,000 roster bonus from the Ravens in March, he reportedly is having financial difficulties. McKinnie is currently being sued for $4.5 million over a loan he took out during the lockout.
