If you got a west jet credit for $300 or under, please PM me. I need to book a flight within the next 7 days preferably.

im confused ... if i had say a $100 WJ credit, why would i sell it for less than $100? And that being the case, why would you buy it, just book your ticket directly?
what am i missing here?

I actually got 2 pm's! People sell their credits because they expire. So if they don't go anywhere before that it's SOL for them. So people sell them discounted.

ok, let me clarify that a bit.
if you click on www.yellowheadtravel.com you can book westjet through our website.
the price is the same as westjets site but we make a couple of bucks on the booking and I make a small contribution on your behalf to CP.
Hope that clarifies it a bit.
thanks

For anybody caught with an expiring westjet credit, I believe it cost $25 to extend it for a year. Then if you still haven't used it, book a trip anywhere a year away which uses up your credit. Hopefully by this time a real trip comes up so you cancel the fake trip and use your credits.

It's 10 bucks to extend it one time for one year, and you can only extend it if it is $100 or more. You have to pay the fee on your credit card as well, it can't be taken out of the credit.
Also, be careful who you are buying the credit from, there are sketchy people out there who will "sell" you the credit and when you call to use it your name isn't in there.

I am not too sure I understand - credits are transferable - i thought the same person had to use it?
Just wondering - thanks

Westjet credits are transferable. Just have to pay a transfer fee.
