If you've got electrical in place already, I'd just do it yourself. Even with no plumbing experience, ABS plumbing is a piece of cake. You just cut, fit everything in place, then glue it together. Easy peasy. I was hesitant to do my own garburator install, but once I did it, I was pretty comfortable doing any home drain work.
Just read a few articles online about the key principles (having it drain downward, p-traps etc) and you'll be fine.
