Manager Training

I'm looking for some sort of off-site manager training course to potentially send one of my employees. Hoping for something that would be one day a week over several weeks. Anybody know of anything reputable? My preference would be for a place in the Foothills Industrial Park.

I'm sure there are many different types of training, but what I'm interested in is a course that would focus on managing a culturally diverse group of people, respect, etc.

I don't know about private/independent training, but SAIT is pretty big on these programs

I took the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training for Managers and thought it was pretty good, 1 day a week for 7 weeks. It was 3rd different management course I have taken and was by far the best.

+1 I highly recommend any of the courses available through the Dale Carnegie organization.
