Kind of a dumb thing to do....when the tickets were provided by your client.

I am curious as to why this is a news story worthy of posting on CNN however.

Don't you mean you're surprised the story wasn't suppressed by a government controlled mainstream media source like CNN?

Or. . . . . why wasn't it played up even more than this by the left wing, liberal mainstream media!!??

It's an election year.

The guy is an activist, no crime in that, and shouted his dismissal from the rooftops. The dog that barks the loudest gets written up and gets the 15 seconds of fame.

Trouble-makers like this guy are the reason that it's important to sign a loyalty oath pledging your vote to the current administration before attending one of their rallies.

Dunno what that has to do with this story....Bush isnt the one who fired the guy.

even funnier is that your link is to "independant media". Thats about as left wing a slant as anything out there.

Actually, tranny, looking at the byline it was lifted from the Guardian - the UK daily along with the Observer, the Times etal makes it far from an "independent" source. The Guardian is usually thought of as a "left of center" paper, but like most major newspapers there were staffers there that supported the war.

At the end of the story, a description of the author reveals:

Sidney Blumenthal, a former senior adviser to President Clinton . . . .

Just so we know where everyone is coming from.
