Make a punch card for her where she gets ten free insane-level plows whenever she wants it. Also, make sure to add a column for points; the more creative she gets, the more points she gets. At the end, the amount of points she has determines how good of a breakfast you'll make her the morning after the 10th plow. Below a certain point level, she still has to make you breakfast as usual.

It is pretty difficult to think of an important gift for someone you don't know. What about discussing it with her Mom or best friend?

Learn some guitar (if you don't already know), and write her a song.

Don't get her what I got mine...she was actually angry when I told her what it was. I mean I thought she would appreciate me dumping the girlfriend...boy was I wrong.
So, then I had an angry wife AND no girlfriend.

Divorce Papers?
Seriously the best gifts I find are things that the person can use, but you can add a personal touch.
Or pictures.
Maybe get a frame done up with 10 pictures of yourselves, one from each year from events you've done together so, Wedding Photo with the year underneath (so 2002) then if you took a trip in 03 a picture from that of the two of you, then if you were at a playoff game in 04 perahps a picture of you two at the Dome or on the Red Mile, then if you were at a concert in 05 a picture of that, bought a new house in 06 a picture of you two in front of or in it. You get the idea.
Have them professionally framed with the years underneath and across the top "Ten Happy Years Together" or something cheesy errrr romantic like that.
I'd just recommend giving her that before Muta's plow card (but still give her the plow card, she'll be so happy with the gift that she'll want to score more points than you're getting with the picture idea... but make sure you give the pictures first the other way around wouldn't work so well)

Women always appreciate nice jewellery. I believe a saphire or diamond ring would be appropriate.

Got mine a Weber BBQ for our 10th in April. She loves it!
Honestly, neither one of us like jewelry and we pretty much buy whatever we want whenever we want it. With birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Mother's/Father's Day etc. we are just finding the standard-type gifts like jewelry to be a bit meh these past few years. Lately for gifts we decide on something nice and expensive that we can both benefit from and buy a gift from eachother to eachother.
We also went to the Rimrock which was really nice.

That reminds me of the time my Dad bought my Mom a hassock, and then proceded to put his feet on it, and start reading the newspaper. So my Mom got him back the following Christmas by buying him the livingroom drapes. I guess to each his own. I think something specifically for her, like jewellery, clothing, etc. would be more romantic and meaningful.
