Sliding patio doors

We are looking to replace some blinds in our house and have a sliding patio door that has vertical blinds on it. Vertical blinds from my limited google search seem to be the only product out there. Can anyone suggest something different and where a good place to go purchase blinds in Calgary is?

see below for what i did in my games room with my sliding door.... it's two separate blinds that are suspended from a single piece across the top - i prefer this look over a vertical blind

i think these are called 'cellular shades' - i can't remember the price but they were expensive! the blinds are made by elite window fashions. i'm not sure where you could get them in calgary. here in kelowna, my buddy's dad has a blinds company - so i went thru him
