Some balls are held for charity and some for fancy dress. But when they're held for pleasure they're the balls that I like best.

Saw this on Tosh.0

So weird they don't know what causes it. Couldn't it come down to hormones or glands or something? Weirder still they can't do something about it, at least temporarily. Like draining fluid or whatever.
