I'm shocked there isn't something about these since I believe a Canadian (James Hinchcliffe starts 2nd) has a very good chance of becoming the first Canadian in 17 years to win the Indianapolis 500 with how well he has run so far these season. Alex Tagliani the other Canadian in the field starts 11th. The weather is something to keep eye on as its supposed to be the hottest Indianapolis 500 ever with temperatures reaching 35 degrees.

Always love the 500....such a classic sports event......tough watching the tribute to Dan Wheldon though....really sad to see someone so good and so young be taken away like that, though as he said in his own words its a reality of his profession.
They just aired a super slow motion replay of Castroneves doing his best to avoid a tire directly in his path. The tire actually made contact with the top of his front right creating a bit of tire smoke. Truly scary to watch.
Marco Andretti is a huge jackass who needs to have his diaper changed. He blames everybody else when he crashes or something happens to him, he did it again today blaming Oriol Servia for his own crash that he caused.
