Default What is this from?

I found this picture on Tumblr (I miss the 90's I believe it was) and I recognize it but have absolutely no idea where it is from. I couldn't even tell you if its from a book or tv show. Anyone know?

Busytown. Originally done by Richard Scarry. That is Huckle Cat and Lowly Worm. Was also done as kid's cartoons called Busytown Mysteries at one point as well, which is where this cell appears to be from.

My most favourite one:

Busytown is the name of the "new" series. This is from The Busy World of Richard Scarry. I don't think there's any difference though. Still own it on VHS.

Yeah, that was the show with the (apple/cane/leg/whatever the hell it is) that would follow the characters around and narrate the whole thing. God, how that thing creeped me out when I was 3.

I used to love Richard Scarry books when I was a kid. I should go hunt them down in my parent's basement.

I was a really huge fan of Richard Scarry when I was growing up, his kid books were and still are awesome.

Every second except 0:06-0:10 apparently.

Oh man, I love(d) Richard Scarry. I must have salivated over this page below hundreds of times when I was young. The warm cereal with cream, the cold fruit juice, pancakes AND waffles! One of my favorite childhood food memories.

God I hate that show. Huckle and everyone in that town are idiots. I figure out the mystery almost immediately.

Sadly, Kenny Bear died of a heart attack in 2005.

My favorite scene was one story where the cat's house got flooded and they had to eat cold pickles for supper. Pickles suddenly became my favorite food.
