Default Video Montage Music

Hey guys, I'm finishing up a teaching internship and I'm putting together a video montage for my fellow interns. I was wondering if the CP faithful had ideas for emotionally driven songs to use for it. I'm looking for songs that tie into schools such as growing up, and such. So far my list:

Israel Kamakawiwo'ole: Somewhere Over the Rainbow
Eve 6: Here's to the night (not exactly what I'm looking for as far as lyrical content)
Greenday: Time of Your Life. (Don't really want to resort to this, overused)

Any other ideas?

I find that lyrically driven music is not the best for montages, but that is just me. Try Kevin Macleod on the google bot. He's has a royalty free music site that you can search by mood.

What's the music in that South Park montage where the detective is doing his investigation?

I second not trying too hard to match up lyrics in montage music. It'll be the sound of the music, combined with the pictures/videos that make it.

"You and me" by Lifehouse is always a good one.
