Thumbs up Happy B-Day! Christopher Walken
This guy is a very close 2nd to my favorite "Cool Guy", Clint Eastwood. Like he can not get enough cowbell, I can't get enough of Mr. Walken.



One of my favorite movie scenes of all time was Walken and Hopper in "True Romance" .....Hopper:....... "You're an Eggplant!"

Happy Birthday Christopher Walken!!

I think his best role was in Kings of New York. The movie was mediocre but he did a good job of personifying evil yet at the same time having a human side.

Nothing will ever beat the skittles skit. It was impromptu and I have only seen it once, but man was that hilarious. Jay had to stall because something went wrong on the set so he jumped on camera and did the Walken "skittles" skit. That did more for Jay's career than anything else he did IMHO. It opened more doors for him because everybody talked about it at the water cooler.

Mohr said in "Gasping For Airtime" that the Skittles skit was conceived by Steve Lookner (SNL writer) on a Tuesday. Mohr and Lookner stayed up all night rewriting it. After a table read on Wednesday, it was selected for the show by Lorne. It went well in dress rehearsal, but Lorne was furious that the live sketch went 30 seconds too long.

... Where the f did I read my BS... I did hear that Jay did it for "emergency air time".

Actually, Mohr doesn't know what he is talking about. I do. It's not like he was actually there!
