I've got a buddy that lives in that building. I can vouche that it is a very safe and secure area and your apartment even shows better than his. If I was moving up to Calgary I would definitely consider it, but alas, work has taken me other places

Thanks for the comments. Sometimes a stigma attached to where it's located but in living there for 3.5 years I never had a single issue. Think it's rented now - just awaiting the return of the signed lease.
